Role Description
We’re seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, advanced graphic/website designer to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for the following:

Maintain our website to ensure peak performance

Design clients' pitch decks, LinkedIn banner, email signature, Zoom background, and logo

Qualifications and Skills:
-
Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing
-
Minimum 3 years of hands-on advanced graphic designer experience with a portfolio of client work to share

Demonstrated success in ranking websites via SEO and AEO and driving organic growth (a plus)

Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
-
Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms
-
High attention to detail, with strong time management and organizational abilities.

Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Self-motivated, curious, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.

Open to feedback and eager to learn—must be coachable and adaptable.
Availability: Flexible as most of the work can be done offline
Education and Experience:
While formal education is not a strict requirement, the ideal candidate will bring:

A strong grasp of LinkedIn and social media strategy in a business context.

Prior experience in online marketing, social media management, or client acquisition.

A passion for helping clients succeed and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
Compensation: Fixed pay at $900 -1800/month (FT) offshore position.
Invoicing: SS to send invoice on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s work. For example: Invoice for February 2024 services is submitted on Mar 1, 2024. Invoices submitted are on Net 5 terms, meaning the company has up to 5 calendar days to process payment via Wise or QuickBooks.
