Role Description
We’re seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented SEO Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for learning and mastering a powerful new SEO platform, and using it to execute highly effective SEO strategies for both our internal projects and a growing roster of clients. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in SEO, a track record of delivering results, and the curiosity and drive to embrace and leverage new technologies.

 

  • Learn and become an expert in our new SEO platform

  • Implement and manage SEO strategies using the platform for both in-house and client projects

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting

  • Audit websites and identify areas for improvement and optimization

  • Collaborate with content, development, and account teams to ensure cohesive SEO implementation

  • Communicate SEO strategies and performance updates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Stay current with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and digital trends


 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results

  • Demonstrated success in ranking websites and driving organic growth

  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: on-page, off-page, and technical

  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience

  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms

  • High attention to detail, with strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

  • Self-motivated, curious, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.

  • Open to feedback and eager to learn—must be coachable and adaptable.

Availability: 9 am to 5 pm EST/PST Monday-Friday (can be flexible as most of the work can be done offline)

Education and Experience:

While formal education is not a strict requirement, the ideal candidate will bring:

  • A strong grasp of SEO and social media strategy in a business context.

  • Prior experience in online marketing, social media management, or client acquisition.

  • A passion for helping clients succeed and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.


 

Compensation: Fixed pay at $800/month (FT) offshore position.  A $250 BONUS for each successful client’s review posted on Alpha Coast’s LinkedIn/Google/BBB.

 

Invoicing: SS to send invoice on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s work. For example: Invoice for February 2024 services is submitted on Mar 1, 2024. Invoices submitted are on Net 5 terms, meaning the company has up to 5 calendar days to process payment via Wise or QuickBooks.
